Jaiden’s practice is driven by not only an interest in human movement, but a passion for using exercise to improve her clients’ quality of life. With healthy aging and injury prevention at the core of all of her programs, she strives to help her clients feel better throughout their day-to-day lives. Regardless of age and complicating factors, Jaiden can help you start moving better.

Education & Experience

Graduating from the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus in 2023, Jaiden earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology, as well as obtaining a minor in Psychology.

During her time as a student, she had several academic and professional opportunities to expand her skill set. This included a practicum in physiotherapy, an internship with the UBCO Athletic Therapy program, and working as a TA for faculty of health and exercise sciences.

As for her professional career, Jaiden has been working as a Kinesiologist at Foundation Chiropractic and Physiotherapy since July of 2023. Taking patients ranging in age from 16-85, Jaiden has worked with various populations and helped individuals with their diverse concerns and goals, regardless of their experience level.
